Southern California Edison is offering a $30 rebate for homeowners who replace their old, inefficient electric water heater with a new one that has an energy factor of 0.93 or greater.   The EF rating does not always appear on the water heater label, so look for it on the specification sheet or on the packaging box.    The unit must be 30 gallons or more and tankless water heaters do not qualify.   If you are getting your pool ready for summer, SCE is also offering a $200 rebate for a new variable-speed pump and motor.   Call us for more details at (310) 371-7222
