Southern California Gas and Southern California Edison have a comprehensive mobile home program of free energy upgrades, which can include sealing air ducts, wrapping water heaters and pipes, installing energy efficient light fixtures and CFLs, and other gas and water saving upgrades.  There are also upgrades available for common areas of a mobile-home community.  These could include LED exit signs, sensors and controls and fluorescent lighting.  To qualify your mobile home or mobile home community must have an active SCE service account and be fully-constructed and occupied.  For more information, call SBESC at (310) 371-7222.
