For the week of Monday, July 20:

When it's hot, people like ice in their beverages. Commercial ice machines use 20-25 gallons of water to produce 100 pounds of ice cubes; some models can use up to 90 gallons to produce 100 pounds of ice cubes. Machines that make ice flakes , on the other hand, consume far less, about 15-20 gallons of water to produce 100 pounds of ice flakes. There are rebates available for new ice machines. If you are considering a replacement, call us at (310) 371-7222 for more information.
