If you will be remodeling any part of your home this year, and your walls are not currently insulated, The Gas Company is offering a rebate of $.15 per sq ft for new R-13 (minimum) wall insulation. Kitchen remodels are particularly good candidates because often they are stripped down to the studs, making new wall insulation a no-brainer.
