    SBESC will be hosting a workshop about Energy Upgrade California conducted entirely in Spanish on this Tuesday, January 31 at the Hawthorne Memorial Center.   A copy of the presentation in English will be available as a handout.  Additional workshops will be conducted in Spanish for our other programs and partnerships, and will be held quarterly.  Check our calendar regularly for all of our workshops, and help us pass the word along to Spanish speaking friends and neighbors!

If you have central air conditioning, take advantage of SCE's Summer Discount Plan and receive a credit on your energy bill up to $200 every summer! Sign up and SCE will install (at no cost to you) a remote-controlled device on the A/C. During periods of peak demand they will cycle it on and off based on the intervals you choose.
