Fall and winter weather is just around the corner. The Gas Company offers $.15 per sq.ft. for attic or wall insulation and $200 per unit for a new EnergyStar Central Natural Gas Furnace with a 92% AFUE.  Your C-20 contractor (specializes in warm-air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning) will be able to assist you in choosing the qualified equipment, or you can visit the EnergyStar.org website.   Don’t forget . . . December 31 is the last day to be eligible for a 2010 tax credit (30% of the cost, up to $1500), so get those new HVAC orders in soon!
