Single-family residents have access to FREE high-efficiency toilets through West Basin's high-efficiency toilet (HET) give-away program events throughout the year. SCE will conduct a lamp exchange in Torrance at the Kmart parking lot on Hawthorne Blvd. this weekend, September 18-19 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm each day.   Bring up to 10 incandescent lamps and exchange them like-for-like.  For example, trade an old table lamp for a new energy efficient table lamp; trade a desk lamp for a new desk lamp.  First come first served, while supplies last.  Check out the event on our calendar for more information.
