South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC)

Synergy Companies, a local service provider for Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas, is currently delivering free energy programs to owners of mobile or manufactured homes.  Residents may be eligible for new interior and exterior energy efficient CFL light fixtures, light bulbs, low-flow showerheads, faucet aerators, and a technician will perform heating and air conditioning duct test and seal leaks.

The Mobile Home Park Clubhouse will also benefit from free T-8 Lighting Retrofits, LED Exit Signs, Vending Machine Energy-misers, and occupancy sensors.

These programs seek to provide health, comfort, safety and energy savings to mobile / manufactured home residents.  The programs also assist SCE and SCG meet utility energy saving goals measured in kilowatt hours and therms.

Participants receive these measures at no cost with funding provided by the public purpose program charge.  This charge can be found on both the electric and gas bills.
