Located in Los Alamitos, PEM provides the following services:_x000D_ 1. Lighting Upgrades for Commercial Offices and Industrial Applications, including fluorescents, incandescent, High Bay fixtures, and outdoor applications._x000D_ 2. Rebates for all types of businesses including properly filing applications, meeting with inspectors, and submitting final paper work to recieve the funds._x000D_ 3. New Lighting for new projects including design, electrical load calcuations, submittal to city including title 24, and installation._x000D_ 4. New energy saving products for fluorescent and HID applications._x000D_ 5. Maintenance of all types of lighting including parking lot lights and office lighting.
